Christmas has arrived in Paris.   Decorations have gone up and the shelves are full of Christmas treats.   Our local grocery has two aisles of fancy boxed chocolates.

There are Christmas trees everywhere.

The window displays at Printemps have appeared (a la Macy’s in NYC) .  We were lucky enough to be there just when they opened the displays (more photos to follow).

The insides and outsides of the three great Parisian department stores: Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and Bon Marché are decked out in lights and decorations.

The city of lights is getting even brighter!  We are thrilled to be here during the holiday season.
