Morbier is a french cheese that is easy to find in the US. It is one of my favorite cheeses, semi-soft and creamy with a very strong aroma. I do like strong cheeses. Even though the flavor is milder than the smell AJ couldn’t quite bring herself to eat it. More for me!
The cheese itself is easy to recognize as it has a blackish/blue line down the center.
Mmm cheese.
