No one came to our Halloween party.  We had a great time with great food though!   We made punch with eyeballs, clementine pumpkins, ghostly goat cheese, sweet fingers, worms and dirt, green gooey dip, and pumpkin swirl pastry.

It was also really fun getting ready for the party.   Shopping was much more fun in Paris than it would have been driving around in California.   Also we went to a couple of new flea markets to find fille’s costume – Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter.  Its the fifth year in a row she has chosen to be a character from Harry Potter.

So we all agreed, it was a worthwhile endeavor, and those who didn’t come, missed a great party!
