On our way to Paris, we stopped in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. We went to the famous (among Canadians) St. Jacobs Farmers Market. We were curious to see how it would compare to the famous Paris farmers markets. It did not disappoint. There was an amazing bounty of fruits, flowers, and vegetables by the bushel. The cabbages were larger than I had ever seen. I couldn’t resist, we bought a 5 Kilo bag of apples even though we were leaving for Paris the next day.
