Saint-Félicien  is a cow’s milk cheese that is very creamy and soft.  It is great for spreading on a baguette and eating with french radishes.   It is like a Saint-Marcellin only larger size.  AJ said we couldn’t post cheeses that we didn’t buy in a specialty cheese shop, but I think its okay.  I hadn’t heard of this cheese in the US and would find reading about it useful.  So here it is.
